Because of this, please keep in mind that there are two phases to receiving your order: the time it takes to make your item, and the time it takes to deliver it.

Processing time is the period during which your item is being produced. This varies depending on the product and current production volume. Please refer to the individual product page for estimated production times, or feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

  1. Delivery Time

Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, please allow up to 7 days for standard delivery to reach you.

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and is in their system, the delivery process is fully in their hands. We do our best to make sure every order leaves us properly packaged and on time, but we are unable to take responsibility for delays, handling, or delivery once the package is with the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, we consider the shipment fulfilled on our end. If you believe there is an issue with your delivery despite the tracking status showing delivered, we kindly ask that you contact the carrier directly, as they will be best equipped to assist you with any claims or investigations.
