Who AcceptedMind Is For
Who are AcceptedMind products designed for?
Our products are designed for four communities: those navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety or depression, neurodivergent individuals including those with ADHD or autism, the caregivers who show up for them every day, and advocates who champion mental health awareness and neurodiversity. Every design carries a message of acceptance, support, and belonging.
Is neurodivergent the same as having a mental health condition?
No — and this distinction matters to us. Neurodivergent refers to how a person's brain is wired differently, including conditions like ADHD, autism, and dyslexia. Mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression are separate experiences. Many people are both neurodivergent and have mental health challenges, but they are not the same thing. AcceptedMind serves and respects both communities equally.
Is this a good gift for a caregiver or advocate?
Absolutely. Caregivers and advocates are often the most overlooked people in the mental health and neurodivergent space. Our products are created with them in mind — not just the individuals navigating these experiences, but the people who show up alongside them every single day. Who is behind AcceptedMind?
AcceptedMind was founded by a parent of a neurodivergent child who has also personally experienced mental health challenges. This store was not built by a marketing team — it was built from lived experience, with the intention of creating products that truly reflect the people they serve. Ten percent of proceeds from applicable products is donated to mental health advocacy initiatives.

Apparel & Digital Products
Does your apparel run true to size?
Our hoodies and sweatshirts tend to run small. We recommend ordering one size up from your usual size for the best fit. A detailed size guide with chest and length measurements is available on every product page.
Where are your products printed?
All physical products are printed in the USA using print-on-demand production. This means each item is made specifically for you when you place your order — nothing sits in a warehouse. This approach also reduces overproduction and waste.
What materials are your hoodies and t-shirts made of?
Our hoodies are made with a 100% cotton face and a 65% ring-spun cotton, 35% polyester blend, featuring a front pouch pocket and 3-panel hood. Our t-shirts are made with high-quality unisex staple fabric. Full material details are listed on each individual product page.
What are your digital products?
Our digital products include downloadable workbooks, affirmation cards, and other resources designed for neurodivergent individuals, caregivers, and mental health advocates. They are accessible online immediately upon purchase and can also be downloaded. No physical item is shipped for digital orders.
Are your digital products available immediately after purchase?
Yes — digital products are accessible immediately after your purchase is confirmed. You will receive access details via email. If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at info@acceptedmind.com.
Orders & Shipping
Production, Delivery & Tracking
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since every item is made to order, there are two phases: production time and delivery time. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by up to 7 days for standard delivery. Please check the individual product page for the most accurate production estimate.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We believe getting what you love should not come with hidden fees at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or change requests. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@acceptedmind.com and we will do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
Our Policy, Explained Simply
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made specifically for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection. We ask that you review sizing guides carefully before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We stand firmly behind the quality of what we send you. If your item arrives with a defect, printing error, or damage caused during production or shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@acceptedmind.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description. We will work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Are digital products refundable?
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, as they are accessible immediately upon purchase. We encourage you to review all product descriptions and previews carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions before buying, we are happy to help.
