How Your Order Is Made

Every print-on-demand item in our store, whether it is a t-shirt, mug, poster, or any other physical product, is created uniquely for you at the time of your order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Your purchase sets the entire production process in motion, which means each piece is made with care and intention, just for you.

This approach also carries a meaningful benefit for our planet. Because we only produce what is actually ordered, there is no overstock, no waste sitting in a warehouse, and no unnecessary use of materials or energy. Every item you order is a mindful choice, and we are proud to support a more sustainable model of production.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order and produced specifically for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

That said, we stand firmly behind the quality of what we send you. If your item arrives with a defect, a printing error, or damage caused during production or shipping, we will absolutely make it right.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or does not meet quality standards, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, kindly include the following in your message:

Your order number, a clear photograph of the defect or damage A brief description of the issue. Once we review the details, we will work with you on the best solution, whether that is a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we will do our best to make things right.

  1. Digital Products

No Refunds on Digital Items

Digital products, such as downloadable files, printable designs, templates, or any other digital content, are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of this, and given the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on digital items once they have been delivered or made available for download. We encourage you to review all product descriptions, previews, and details carefully before completing your purchase.
